On the day of arrival, the booked room can be occupied from 3 p.m. at the earliest. On the day of departure, the room should be checked out by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

Our reception is personally staffed from MO-FR, 06:00 to 21:30, on SA, SO and public holidays 07:00 to 21:30. Subject to change at short notice (e.g. w/COVID-19).

Our breakfast times are from MO-FR, 06:45 to 09.30, on SA, 07.15 to 09.30. On Sundays and public holidays from 07.45 to 10.00.

Breakfast price for external guests is EUR 24,-

EC card, Master Card, Visa Card or cash payment. Invoices can only be sent with an existing company agreement.

We offer our guests a parking lot directly at our hotel. If there is a shortage in the evening, we have additional free parking spaces adjacent to our property, connected to our own private hotel road. This is a public parking lot, which is free of charge on weekdays from 18:00 to 08:00. Free use on Sundays

We offer a small selection of drinks for our guests both in the reception area and in our guest lounge. Our rooms are not equipped with a separate minibar. We offer mobile fridges in the rooms on request.

Our hotel has four bicycles and two e-bikes, which are available to our guests for a fee. Bicycles you bring with you can be safely stored in the hotel's own carport. There is also a free charging facility for our guests' e-bikes.

In order to guarantee the room for arrivals after 20:00, we ask you to provide a credit card details when booking. Without this information, the room you have reserved can be put online for free sale again from 20:00 on the day of arrival.

Every year we traditionally offer a hotel festival shuttle bus. This picks our guests up directly from our hotel in the evening. At the end of the performance on the lake, the shuttle bus takes our guests directly back home to our hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception until 5 p.m. on the day of the performance. The price for the outward and return journey is EUR 17 per person. Unlimited number available. No reservation possible in advance.

As a small wellness oasis we offer an infrared cabin from the company Physiotherm in our house. Use is free of charge. We recommend a stay of approx. 20 - 30 minutes. We will be happy to inform you about the effects of low-temperature infrared technology at our reception.

Dogs are only possible on prior request (e.g. when making a reservation). We charge a daily flat rate of EUR 24,- (without food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area or on our sun terrace. Dogs may also not be left unattended in the room. Especially in the evening

Our hotel offers a wallbox for charging your electric car. The charging process costs a flat rate of EUR 35. It is not possible to reserve the wallbox (first come first serve). Simply let our reception know when you check in.
